For Hanoi restaurant owners
I build and run the whole Show-Up System for your restaurant. Qualified candidates, ready to interview. You just pick who to meet.

You get flooded with messages from people who aren't really interested. They chat with you for a while, then they disappear.
Someone books the interview. You keep your afternoon open for it. Then the excuses start. The motorbike broke down. A family emergency came up. They need to reschedule. Or you just never hear from them again.
You hire someone. You train them. Three months later, they quit, and you're back to square one looking for a new candidate.
None of this is because you're bad at hiring. It's just how hiring works right now. It doesn't have to be how yours works.
What changes
The biggest change: you stop chasing people, and they start chasing you. Not random people firing off messages, but qualified candidates who ask for the interview themselves, and actually show up.
Done for you
The whole Show-Up System, set up and run for you. You just interview and pick.
People apply on a proper page, not by firing a message into your inbox. The ones who fill it out are already more serious than the ones who just tap the "send message" button.
I create the actual ad that stops the scroll in the feed, and I run it, aimed at your ideal candidate, not just anyone who taps "send message." You don't write a word or open Facebook. I bring the right people to you.
After they apply, each candidate is invited into a private channel. The next move is theirs: they have to actively message and confirm they want us to review their application. The serious ones do, 9 out of 10 in my campaign took that next step. The rest never take it, so the pool filters down to only the people actively asking to be considered for the job.
You tell me what you're looking for. My team goes through every applicant and sorts them into three groups: best fit, good fit, and lower fit. You just look at the top groups, glance at the CV, and pick who you want to meet. You never dig through a messy pile. The best people are already at the top.
One place with everything on it: every applicant, their name, phone, email, CV, and why they say they'd be a good fit, plus who booked and who showed up. It updates as things happen. You're never required to check it, but if you ever want to see exactly where things stand, one glance tells you everything.
You don't have to be a great interviewer. I hand you the exact interview I use, with every question built to reveal one specific thing: whether they actually did what's on their resume or just watched someone else do it, whether they push themselves when no one's forcing them, whether they own their mistakes or blame everyone else. You just ask the questions and listen.
The part no one else does
You run the interview with my script. Then you send me the recording, and I grade how well each candidate actually answered. Not how polished or likeable they were. Whether they gave you a real, specific answer or a surface-level one. Whether they owned a real weakness or dressed one up as a strength.
You already know a good hire is more than a nice CV and good vibes. This is that read, done for you, on every candidate. You run the conversation. I handle the part where you'd normally be sitting there afterward wondering "was that answer actually good, or did they just sound good?"
At the end, I lay every candidate side by side in one simple sheet, graded on how they answered, so you can see who really stood out and decide who to hire at a glance.
Candidate 1 Strong
Gave specific, first-hand examples. Answered the actual question without dodging.
Candidate 2 Unclear
Dodged why they left their last job, and dressed up a weakness as a strength. Answers stayed surface-level.
Real numbers
One Meta campaign, run through the exact system I'd set up for you. These are the actual numbers, not a testimonial.

What that funnel actually means.
Here's how 49 applicants became 7 people sitting across from me, without me chatting with a single one until the very end.
Applied on a real page, with a CV and a few questions.
Reached out to be considered. Invited into a private channel, they messaged me themselves to confirm they wanted their application reviewed. I never chased anyone.5 never took that step. Tire-kickers. No filter catches every one.
I hand-picked, without talking to anyone. I read their CV and why they said they'd be a good fit, in my spare time.
I picked the 7 most qualified from the 15 I'd spoken to, and scheduled interviews with them.
All 7 showed up. I scheduled 7 interviews, and all 7 showed. A 100% show rate.
Live campaign, Aug to Sep 2026. This is my own hiring, not a client, so you are seeing the system run, not a paid review.

Why this costs nothing
Let me be straight about why this is free.
This is the hiring system I built for my own company. This is the first time I'm opening it up to anyone else. I want to partner with three restaurants before releasing it as a paid service.
There's a catch. Only if you're legitimately happy with the results, I'd like an honest testimonial in return.

My guarantee
I can't promise you the exact numbers I got. Every business is different, and I'd be lying if I said otherwise. All I can do is show you what happened when I ran it for myself.
Here's what I can promise. If we finish and this wasn't the best hiring experience you've ever had, let me know and I'll hand you ₫10,000,000 in credit toward anything else I do: photo shoots, menu design, content, ads, a new website. Your pick.
Who this is for
Got several roles open? Even better. I'll help you fill all of them. Once they're filled, we're done.
A real limit
This is hands-on work, start to finish. My team and I run the entire thing for you and watch it closely to make sure it works. To do that properly, we only take three restaurants at a time.
No contract, nothing to lose. When you apply using the form below, we review carefully and only take restaurants we believe we can get the same results for that we got for our own hiring. We run the system until every one of your positions is filled.
Apply
Takes two minutes. If you're a fit, I'll reach out to set up a call.
If your restaurant is a fit, I'll reach out within a day or two to set up a call. Talk soon.
FAQ
Yes, my work is free. The only thing you pay for is your Facebook ad spend, which goes straight to Facebook, not to me. Here's why you cover the ads and not me: if I paid, I'd end up running a system forever for owners who aren't really hiring. You paying for your own ads is how we both know you're serious about filling the roles. A real owner fills them and turns the ads off.
Because I set it up and run it by hand for each one, and I'd rather do that well for 3 than badly for 30. I want to get it right, prove it works, and turn it into a real case study. When the 3 spots are taken, they're gone until one finishes.
Not much. You cover the ad spend, and you run the interviews. That's really it. If you'd like, you can use the exact interview script that I use and record the interviews, and I'll break down each candidate for you. Both of those are completely optional. I handle the page, the ads, the system, and the rating.
No. If you already have an interview process you're happy with, use it. My script is just there if you want a proven one to lean on. Recording your interviews for me to review is optional too. It's a second set of eyes on each candidate if you want it, never a requirement.
I run it until your open positions are filled. In my own campaign, seven days brought in far more qualified candidates than I could even interview before picking the best fit, so for most restaurants, running it longer than that is just wasted ad spend. If you need more time, I'll keep it going, up to 14 days.
Plan on around ₫300k a day. That's what I run, and I run it higher than most people would, on purpose. I want as many good candidates as possible, fast. A bigger daily budget also gives Facebook more to work with, so it gets better at finding people who are actually qualified and will show up. Spend too little and it struggles to find the right person. The least I'll run it at is ₫200k a day. You pay Facebook directly, never me.
We're done, and that's the point. This is built to fill your open roles, not to lock you into anything. Once they're filled, you turn the ads off and keep the people you hired.
